Usually digital products does not have any refund policy. But in some rare case it can be returned within 7 days of purchase.

You can change your shipping and billing details from MY ACCOUNT section after login your account.

You can track your order status from MY ACCOUNT >> ORDERS >> STATUS. Before this you have to login your account.

No issue for digital product it will be delivered on your mail and account section. For physical product you can request for error within and hour of order.

We are currently only available in Nepal. If you are outside of this country you can’t purchase our product.
